I have had Reed do a fertilizing/weed prevention service for several years now, and there are two things that keep me a repeat and permanent customer. 1. The quality of the job. He does an excellent job making sure you get what you pay for, and above and beyond to make sure you are fully satisfied. I had expressed concerns after getting a new puppy on the product harming his little paws, and he not only researched the safety of the product, he advised when it would be safe for him to go outside AND began giving notice on when he would be giving the next application. Even when I asked about tunnels in my lawn and he noted that it was ground squirrels, instead of telling me it wasn’t something he handled, he researched best options and even applied the deterrent on the next fertilizer application day. Many companies would easily have said it’s easy enough to do yourself, or that it isn’t something they will do, or even don’t have time. But he took it upon himself to offer his assistance and make time. 2. The astounding customer service. If the above doesn’t offer testament to his desire to make sure you are beyond satisfied, I don’t know what will. Reed takes pride in the service he offers and is unfailingly kind. It’s so easy to leave negative reviews when a company fails to meet expectations, but when a company exceeds your high ones, you have to be vocal about it. And in this case, he makes it so easy to leave an honest positive review. Thank you so much, Reed! I am happy and proud to be a permanent customer.

Reed has been phenomenal in not only doing a great job doing the lawn fertilizing/weed prevention, but the customer service is stellar. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I had mentioned concerns about our new pup going into the lawn after treatments, and he made it a point to look up the safety of the product, when it would be safe for him to go outside, and to give a courtesy notice of when he would be coming for application. We also had an issue with ground squirrels, and he researched the best option and even helped apply the product for deterrent. A lot of other companies would just tell you to do it, and that it’s not part of their job or they don’t have time. But Reed really does want to make sure you are happy with their service.
